Just a reminder that the first school council meeting of the year is this Wednesday September 14th at 7pm in the school library. Everyone is welcome. We will be doing the Council elections so be sure to fill in the Candidate Declaration form in the Council newsletter if you’d like to be a voting member of the Council.
Leslie McLeod, our principal, will report on school news and discuss the ongoing School Board Review. We will also discuss our upcoming BBQ and other events/fundraisers the Council is planning for the year. For more info, please view the Agenda on our website. June’s meeting minutes are also posted.
The Council is a great way to meet other families, hear school happenings and help participate in your child’s education. Feel free to bring any questions or suggestions to the meeting.
